Refund and Return Policy for Ecomm Bazar

At Ecomm Bazar, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or unwanted product, we offer a return and replacement policy under the following terms:

1. Unboxing Video Requirement To ensure the smooth processing of your return or replacement request, we require customers to record a video of the unboxing process. This video is mandatory and must clearly show:

  • The condition of the product as it is unpacked.
  • Any visible damage or defect in the product (if applicable).
  • Any discrepancies between the product you ordered and the product you received (if applicable).

2. Eligibility for Return/Replacement You are eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (i.e., not the product you ordered).
  • The product is unwanted and you wish to return it.

3. Timeframe for Claims All return and replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the time you receive your order. After this time period, we will not be able to process any return or replacement claims.

4. How to File a Return or Replacement Claim To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Record a video of the unboxing process as per the requirements mentioned above.
  2. Send the video along with your claim (including order details and a description of the issue) to our customer support email: admin@ecommbazar.store within 48 hours of receiving your product.
  3. Our team will review your claim and, if eligible, guide you through the return or replacement process.

5. Conditions for Return and Replacement

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. The returned product should not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Replacement or return will be processed only if the unboxing video is provided as proof of the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item).
  • If a replacement is requested, we will send a new item at no additional charge. If a refund is requested, we will issue it after the return of the product.

6. Return Shipping Costs For items eligible for a return or replacement, we will bear the shipping cost for the return only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For unwanted products, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any items that are used or have been altered after delivery are not eligible for a return or refund.
  • Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective.

8. Refund Processing Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or, in the case of cash on delivery, will be refunded in the form of store credit or through an alternate method based on mutual agreement.
